Kazan Innovative University was included in the ranking of higher education institutions in terms of the quality of training of specialists in the field of artificial intelligence. This information was published on the website of the AI Alliance.
KIU demonstrated significant progress over the year and moved from group E++ to group D. This achievement emphasizes the high level of professional training at the University and its ability to meet current labor market requirements in the field of artificial intelligence.
Universities were assessed based on four groups of criteria: the demand for graduates in the labor market, the relevance of the learning process in the field of AI, the educational environment and partnerships with external organizations.
To assess the quality of training of Junior specialists in the field of AI, the following data was taken into account:
- survey of employing companies and students;
- analysis of publication and competition activity of university students and staff;
- research into the quality of educational programs in the field of mathematical and computer sciences;
- assessment of the level of salaries of graduates of AI specialties;
- level of training of applicants in the field of mathematical and computer science.
In total, the ranking included 207 universities from 69 Russian regions, divided into 12 groups - from A+ to E+.
