Official languages of the conference: Russian, Chinese, English.

The conference will be held in a hybrid (in-person/online) format using videoconferencing. Proceedings and other publications will be issued post-conference.

Applications for participation (including without presentations) must be submitted by November 1, 2025, exclusively via the online registration form: https://ieml.ru/enlightenment/dialektika/

Participants may submit:

  • Presentation materials for conference proceedings — via the online registration form.
  • Scientific articles for publication in Russian Journal of Economics and Law (K1-category per Russian Higher Attestation Commission) — via separate registration on the journal's website in full compliance with author guidelines: https://www.rusjel.ru/jour/about/submissions#authorGuidelines

All materials undergo peer review and competitive selection by the conference editorial board and/or journal reviewers.

Length: ≤6 pages (including abstract/keywords). File format: RTF. Font: Times New Roman 14 pt. Page: A4, 2 cm margins. Line spacing: 1.5. Paragraph indent: 1 cm. Footnotes: standard auto-numbered. Header: Author's full name (nominative case), academic degree, affiliation, position, and presentation title. Content requirements: Abstract (≤250 words) and keywords in any two official conference languages. Structured abstract: purpose, methods, results, novelty, practical significance. Keywords: 3–15 terms, comma-separated, no final period. Mentions of foreign agents/extremist/terrorist organizations must comply with Russian legal designations. Plagiarism/unethical citations prohibited. Minimum 80% originality per "Antiplagiat.Vuz". AI-generated content is inadmissible.

Journal article requirements: Length: ≤50,000 characters (including spaces). Detailed guidelines: https://www.rusjel.ru/jour.

Participation is free.

Travel/accommodation costs are borne by participants. Confirm participation format by November 10, 2025.
