KIU is an active participant in BRICS humanitarian initiatives
As part of the implementation of the large-scale social and humanitarian project "BRICS: values that unite us", which has been developed since 2023 by Kazan Innovative University named after V.G. Timiryasov, the university delegation participated in the IV International Laboratory of Youth Projects of the BRICS countries on April 7-8, 2025 at MGIMO.
From Kazan to Beijing: KIU and Chinese publishing house Sinolingua develop partnership in Chinese language teaching
In January 2025, Irina Chudnova, head of foreign projects at Sinolingua Publishing House, visited Kazan Innovative University to discuss possible areas of cooperation in book supply for teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
KIU Professor becomes a co-author of an authoritative monograph on human-robot interaction at Cambridge University Press
Ildar Begishev, Chief Researcher at the Research Institute of Digital Technologies and Law, Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure at KIU, joined the team of authors of a monograph “The Cambridge Handbook of the Law, Policy, and Regulation for Human–Robot Interaction”. The team comprised world’s leading scientists in the field of ethical and legal regulation of robotics.

"Sabantuy. Recipes": KIU contributed to the creation of a gift collection of recipes of the Tatar national cuisine
A unique edition "Sabantuy. Recipes" has been published in the Republic of Tatarstan, which introduces readers to the authentic treasures of the Tatar national cuisine. Teachers and students of the Faculty of Hospitality and Design of Kazan Innovative University named after V.G. Timiryasov took part in its creation.
