At the Forefront of BRICS: Rector Asiya Timiryasova Participates in the Final Event of the Brazilian Stage of the "BRICS Peoples Choose Life" Program and the "Great BRICS Teachers" Project
Our university has once again proven to be at the center of BRICS dialogue: at the ceremonial closing of the Brazilian stage of the International Socio-Cultural and Business Program "BRICS Peoples Choose Life" and the project "Great BRICS Teachers: The Cultural and Moral Code of Unification" in Moscow, KIU Rector Asiya Timiryasova presented the results of our university's work as an active participant in BRICS initiatives. The rector's speech took place at the round table "A Century of Russian Public Diplomacy: Lessons from the Past and Opportunities for the Future," which brought together a wide range of participants interested in developing humanitarian and diplomatic cooperation within BRICS.

Horizons of Friendship: KIU Delegation Participates in International Forum Marking the Centenary of Public Diplomacy
A delegation from KIU named after V.G. Timiryasov, represented by Vice-Rector for Economics and Strategic Development Liliya Vorontsova and Rector's Advisor, Director of the KIU Project Office Oleg Agapov, took part in the International Forum organized by Rossotrudnichestvo and the Roscongress Foundation. The event brought together representatives from ministries, agencies, and major Russian universities. The Forum, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of public diplomacy, was attended by over 2,000 Russian and foreign delegates from more than 100 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
KIU and the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro Sign a Memorandum of Understanding
The Memorandum covers the spheres of education and academic research, opening opportunities for broad cooperation between the two leading universities in their respective countries. It provides for the creation of an optimal system for joint projects based on the integration of the scientific, educational, innovative, and technological potential of the two universities. The Memorandum was signed in Rio de Janeiro during the implementation of the cultural and educational project "Great BRICS Teachers: The Cultural and Moral Code of the Association." It was signed on behalf of the Brazilian university by Rector Professor Roberto de Andrade Medonho and by the First Vice-Rector, Vice-Rector for Research of Kazan Innovative University, Igor Izmailovich Bikeev, in the presence of the Consul General of Russia in Rio de Janeiro, Andrey Yuryevich Petrov.
