Nostrification (Recognition of educational documents)

International Office of Kazan Innovative University renders FREE assistance in nostrification procedure.

  1. Check if you need nostrification procedure (http://nic.gov.ru/en/docs/foreign/confirmation) (if your country is out of the list, you have to do this procedure)
  2. Apply to International Office
  3. Preparation of documents (application form, passport copy, educational document (original+certified copy and translation)
  4. Filling in e-form
  5. Sending documents to Moscow by post mail/courier service after e-form submitting
  6. Payment 6000 rubles in any bank after submitting received documents and after receiving notification in e-system “Awaiting for payment” 
  7. Receiving original of Nostrification- Certificate with all original documents by post mail over 45-90 days
