An unforgettable concert devoted to the National Unity Day was held in KIU. Students have represented the most diverse nationalities of our country demonstrated amazing performances that immersed the audience in the richness and diversity of cultures. "This holiday is relatively young. It is only 10 years old. But it has a deep meaning," pointed out the rector of KIU Asia Timiryasova, addressing the audience and participants of the concert.

An unforgettable concert devoted to the National Unity Day was held in KIU. Students have represented the most diverse nationalities of our country demonstrated amazing performances that immersed the audience in the richness and diversity of cultures.

In recent years, this holiday has become even more perceived by Russians. Just imagine: there are more than 200 nationalities living in our country. There is not a single country in the world that can boast of such a wealth of nationalities living in peace and harmony."

Each performance was a vivid reflection of the traditions and customs of the nations of Russia and our foreign friends. From incendiary dances to melodious songs, the atmosphere of the holiday was in the air! Tatars, Russians, Udmurts, Chuvash, Bashkirs, Tajiks, Azerbaijanis – fraternal nations united to reveal the multinational palette of Russia in all its glory. Dressed in national costumes, they greeted the audience and demonstrated folk songs, dances, and soulful poems. The performances of our international students were as fascinating as others: India, China, Colombia. The unforgettable national flavor of these countries emphasized the diversity of Russia's friends.

This concert was not only a wonderful opportunity for students to demonstrate their talents, but also an important step towards strengthening friendship and mutual understanding between nations. We are proud that our university unites people of different cultures and traditions! We have no doubt that Kazan Innovative University has become a second home for students who have come from other regions and countries, where they feel comfortable and safely.
