On October 26, representatives of the Kazan Innovative University named after V.G. Timiryasov partcipated as speakers at the virtual convention “Creating Alliances through Universities,” organized by the partner university of the Republic of Cuba, the University of Cienfuegos "Carlos Rafael Rodríguez."

The University of Cienfuegos initiated the virtual convention “Building Alliances through Universities” with the participation of all its partner educational institutions. The Convention covered a vast geography of countries and continents: Russia, Africa, Mexico, Ecuador and many others. The creation of educational alliances is one of the strategic directions of the modern educational environment. International exchange of experience and best practices allows us to develop and improve the educational sector of the countries involved in this process.

During her speech, the rector of the Kazan Innovative University, Asiya Timiryasova, thanked the partners for the opportunity to join the alliance and spoke about current and future projects with the University of Cienfuegos. A particularly lively response was caused by the invitation of students and young teachers of all educational organizations present at this virtual convention to take part in the World Youth Festival 2024, which will be held in March next year in Russia in the city of Sochi. The festival will bring together more than 2,000 foreign participants and is an important event for young people around the world. For the Kazan Innovative University named after V.G. Timiryasov, cooperation in this area is of great relevance due to the fact that this is a new round of fruitful international cooperation.
